Arabic Teachers' Development Online Training 2012

Due to the high demand on the topic of Content base Instructions (CBI)

Aldeen Foundation will conduct 6 weeks of online training to:

* Refresh and enhance your Arabic knowledge in Morphology, Eloquence, and Grammar.

* Develop your understanding of Arabic language teaching through Content-Based Instruction (CBI).

* Increase your professionalism in Arabic instruction.

* Network and build long-lasting professional connections with Arabic instructors across America and the world!

* Participants who complete the online training will have the privilege of receiving Aldeen Foundation certificate.

Access the online sessions (90 min average per week) and take a multiple choice quiz convenient to your time zone:

There is no specific time where teachers need to be online.

All sessions are in Arabic language.

There is no home work.

The online sessions are presented by distinguished experts in the field of Arabic teaching:

Teaching Arabic through Content-Based Instruction (CBI) sessions include:

* Introduction to content-based foreign language instruction.

* Using Quran and Islamic studies in teaching Arabic.

* Using literature for content-based instruction.

* Level of language study.

* Morphology. Eloquence. Grammar.

* Children's literature and CBI.

* Formative Assessment and CBI.
